Responsibilities will include:Ownership and execution of several operational processesTechnical support to Viber’s sales managers and business partners in various domainsCollaboration with internal teams for investigations of escalated reported issuesWork together with other team members to define new processes, integrations and development requirements for systems in use, as well as optimize existing processesRequirementsFluent English – Speaking and writing1-3 years experience in tech-oriented business operationsFamiliarity with server-side communication protocolsFamiliarity with SQL or/and NoSQL databasesHigh organizational skills and attention to details in a multitasking work environmentData skills and work experience with alerting and monitoring toolsStrong interpersonal and customer care skillsAdvantagesRussian speakerHigh-level knowledge of backend-oriented programming languages (JavaScript, Node JS, Python, PHP or similar)Graduate of/Student in BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
