Magnetic Engineer

A leading power‑supply company specializing in the development and production of standard and custom power supplies for military, civil aviation, and space applications is seeking a Magnetics Engineer.

Job Description

Preparing manufacturing packages for magnetic components based on R&D designs as part of the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
Maintaining, supporting, and improving existing production documentation for various types of coils.
Providing engineering solutions and technical support to subcontractors and manufacturers specializing in magnetics production (India, USA, Thailand).
Working in close collaboration with R&D, Engineering, and Production teams.
Initiating and leading process‑improvement activities, performing failure analyses, and driving cost‑reduction projects.

Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Practical Electronics Engineer — must.
4+ years of experience in NPI roles and providing technical/engineering support for electronic products — must.
Experience working with OrCAD — must.
Experience in designing and manufacturing magnetics components (Cores, Pot‑Cores, Line Transformers, etc.) — advantage.
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, speaking).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office — must.
Experience working with Agile, Priority — advantage.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Availability for a full‑time position.
