The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow a talented team of engineers building next-generation endpoint security solutions. This role is critical to the success of our organization, driving both strategic and hands-on technical leadership. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap, shape the architecture, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure products.

We are looking for a leader who inspires excellence, fosters collaboration, and is passionate about empowering teams to solve complex technical challenges in the cybersecurity space.

Your Day-to-Day

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.

Own the full cycle of delivery of critical components within our endpoint detection and prevention platform.

Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, DevOps, and QA to define and execute on product strategy and roadmap.

Provide technical direction and guidance on design, architecture, and implementation best practices.

Drive engineering processes and methodologies that ensure scalability, quality, and reliability.

Collaborate with Support to ensure a customer-first approach.

Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and developing top-tier engineering talent.

Partner with global teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution across time zones and functions.

What You Bring to the Team

10+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in engineering management roles – Mandatory

Strong technical background in C# and/or C++ development – Mandatory

Experience working with Windows internals, drivers, or endpoint security solutions – Advantage

Leading or previous experience with Test Automation and TDD – Advantage

Experience or familiarity with Test Automation frameworks and practices – Advantage

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills – Mandatory

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving – Mandatory

Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment – Mandatory
