QA Software Engineer

Responsibilities

· Design, execute, and manage test cases for Cloud platform and related applications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

· Support Automation testing maintenance tasks using best practice tools.

· Document and track defects, collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution.

· Use testing tools to maintain and manage test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.

· Conduct manual, exploratory and regression testing, focusing on usability and functionality.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.

· Participate actively in team brainstorming, sprint planning, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

· 2–3 years of experience as a software QA Engineer, with a focus on cloud and mobile applications – Must

· Proficiency with testing management tools like TestRail and defect tracking systems like JIRA – Must

· Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and/or Appium with Java background - a big advantage

· Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and test execution - Must

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

· Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, startup-like environment.
