Construction Engineer - Customer Success

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role you will work with our customers as well as internal teams to create delightful customer experience. You will be responsible for providing technical and engineering support to our software users, including solving complex engineering problems and helping customers find optimal solutions for using our software and systems.

The role also includes creating professional training content such as tutorial videos, courses, and learning materials; participating in QA (quality assurance) processes for new software and products; assisting in the initiation and development of new products; working as part of a team using advanced AI tools; and using customer management systems (CRM) to manage and document customer interactions and support activities.

This is a full time position in Ramat Gan Bursa area (highly accessible by public transportation)

In this role you will:
Provide technical and engineering support and training to engineers and customers using our software.
Analyze and solve complex engineering problems and design tailored solutions.
Create professional training content, including tutorials, courses, and documentation.
Perform QA testing for new software and products, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
Work collaboratively in a team environment, using AI tools to optimize processes and support.
Manage customer interactions using CRM systems and offer solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
Document issues, solutions, and recommendations for product and process improvements.
