What Youll Own:
Own a product area end-to-end - from discovery and strategy through launch and measurable results - partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams along the way.
Push past add AI as a checkbox - the real question is whether a workflow goes invisible: work the customer used to think about, and now doesnt.
Prototype and automate with AI coding tools as part of your daily work - often the fastest way to validate an idea or ship a fix without waiting in an engineering queue.
Work directly with customers to uncover real needs, and turn complex, ambiguous financial workflows into scalable, intuitive products.
Partner closely with Product Design and make thoughtful trade-offs across customer value, business impact, UX, and technical complexity.
