Customer Success Manager

Were looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong technical background in Salesforce to help customers achieve their desired outcomes with us. This role combines deep technical knowledge, project management skills, and consultative communication to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary post-sale contact for customers, managing onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success.
Develop success plans, business reviews, and performance metrics tied to customer goals.
Maintain and renew customer contracts on a yearly basis
Identify and convert upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning our capabilities to evolving customer needs.
Build a deep understanding of each customers Salesforce architecture, GTM processes, and data structure to guide adoption of our platform.
Configure and optimize us within Salesforce environments; provide hands-on technical guidance during rollout.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer feedback, use cases, and feature requests.
