We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven sales professional to grow our presence across Asia-Pacific. This role offers significant ownership of the region, with a focus on developing new business, building strong customer and partner relationships, and driving long-term commercial growth.
What Youll Own:
Drive sales and business development across priority APAC markets.
Build a strong pipeline and own the full sales cycle, from opportunity development through negotiation, closing, and account expansion.
Develop long-term relationships with airports, government agencies, security authorities, and other key customers.
Identify and develop new markets, strategic accounts, and regional opportunities.
Build strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, integrators, and other regional partners.
Represent us at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences across APAC.
Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support business and product decisions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams to support opportunities and successful execution.
Travel regularly across the region.

Proven B2B/B2G sales experience in security screening, aviation security, or critical infrastructure across APAC.
Experience selling to airports, government agencies, security authorities, or other complex institutional customers.
Solid understanding of X-ray and/or CT security screening systems.
Demonstrated success in developing new markets, building pipelines, and closing complex, high-value deals.
Strong relationships and experience within the APAC security ecosystem.
Experience working with distributors, OEMs, integrators, or other channel partners.
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving commercial, technical, and regulatory stakeholders.
Hands-on, commercially driven, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent business-level English.
