User Acquisition

As the User Acquisition, you will be a key player in driving our user acquisition strategy across multiple platforms, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, and other RTB platforms. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of paid campaigns, from strategy and execution to optimization and analysis. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your impact directly contributes to the companys rapid growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms to drive user acquisition and growth.
Budget Management: Manage acquisition budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while meeting cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) targets.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance through data analytics tools, providing actionable insights and adjustments for optimization.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels, driving higher performance and engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and branding.
Technology Utilization: Leverage automation and data-driven tools to streamline processes and scale campaigns efficiently.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, translating performance metrics into actionable strategies.
Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry changes, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
