We invite you to join our team, work in a cutting-edge technological environment, and make a real impact. We are currently seeking a Planning Coordinator for our Beit Shean site. Key Responsibilities:
* Track purchase orders from supplier confirmation through delivery and receipt into the warehouse.
* Expedite supplier deliveries in accordance with company production and operational requirements.
* Update the ERP system to reflect supplier schedule changes, including expedited and delayed deliveries.
* Resolve supply-related exceptions and coordinate with Buyers and Warehouse teams.
* Monitor shipments, returns, repairs, replacements, and urgent subcontractor/supplier activities, including MRB (Material Review Board) -related processes.

Requirements:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Required
* Experience working with ERP systems Advantage
* High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken - Required
* Previous experience in a similar procurement expediting or supply chain coordination role - Significant advantage
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and maintaining assertive communication with suppliers.
* Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, and excellent interpersonal skills.
