Production Manager

our company is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Production Manager to join the Operations team.
Job Description: The Production Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing operations in a regulated medical device environment, managing Production Team Leaders and ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant production activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead Production Team Leaders, including ongoing professional development, performance management, and support. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of production employees. Manage workforce allocation and production staffing, including employee assignments and transfers between production stations according to operational needs. Ensure discipline, adherence to procedures, and high professional standards across the production floor. Manage, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing and Final testing processes. Own manufacturing processes and ensure operational quality and compliance. Ensure production activities are performed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company procedures. Work closely and collaboratively with the Quality ang Engineering departments to ensure compliance, address quality issues, and continuously improve production processes. Drive operational excellence and implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
