12,000-18,000 ₪
we are looking for a Social Media Expert.
You'll work directly with the founders during the launch window - and with our incoming Head of Marketing as the team scales. Real budget for paid spark + organic fire. You're part writer, part editor, part producer, part strategist. You'll be voice in public.
What you'll actually do:
Own presence across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Write and ship 5-10 pieces of content per week - threads, posts, reels, cutdowns
Co-produce our launch video campaign alongside the founders (paid + organic)
Run our Reddit, Indie Hackers, Hacker News, and Product Hunt strategy
Build out our creator partnership program - Ambassadors, brand collabs, founder shoutouts
Own the content calendar and weekly metrics review

Requirements:
3+ years running social for a startup, agency, or media brand - ideally in tech or design
A portfolio of posts, threads, or campaigns that actually went somewhere (real metrics, not vibes)
Native English fluency and a sharp sense of humor that lands across geographies
You edit video in your sleep - CapCut, Descript, Premiere, doesn't matter, just fast
Strong taste - you know why Genpire lives at the intersection of Hermès and Figma
You live on the internet but you're not addicted. You know when to log off.
Bonus points:
You've already built an audience of your own (5K+ followers on any platform)
Background in fashion, design, or consumer goods
You've launched a product on X and have war stories
