Monitor usage and identify opportunities to increase engagement
Support day-to-day questions from operations teams
Act as the bridge between customers and the product team.

Requirements:
Experience in retail, customer success, or customer-facing tech roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms
Passion for AI, digital tools, and retail transformation
Help our retail customers adopt our company, understand its AI capabilities, and turn it into a daily tool for their teams.
