Lead the SW Backend Team, responsible for scaling robotic operations, fleet management, and performance analytics.
Drive architectural decisions around scalability, reliability, performance, and observability.
Work closely with AI, simulation and parallel software teams to ensure cohesive development across the company.
Foster a culture of technical innovation, engineering excellence, and personal accountability.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience leading backend or platform teams, including ownership of roadmaps and cross-team collaboration.
5+ years of hands-on backend software development experience, building production-grade systems at scale.
Strong experience designing and maintaining distributed systems, robust APIs, and data-driven services.
Deep proficiency in Python and a strong working knowledge of TypeScript.
Extensive hands-on experience designing and managing both SQL and NoSQL databases. Specific experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis is highly preferred.
