This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of customer success, performance marketing, and technology. You should be comfortable talking about funnel performance with a growth lead, navigating marketing platforms and data, and getting into the technical details when needed.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding and implementation through adoption, optimization, and expansion
Work closely with performance marketing and growth teams to understand their campaigns, traffic strategy, audiences, and goals
Help brands build, launch, and optimize landing experiences that drive measurable improvements in CVR, CPA, ROAS, and revenue
Analyze performance data and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer results
Support customers with platform setup, integrations, tracking, and technical troubleshooting
Gather customer feedback and work closely with Product and R&D to improve the platform
Build playbooks and processes that allow Customer Success to scale as Jurni grows
What You'll Do

Requirements:
2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Growth, Performance Marketing, or another client-facing role within SaaS or e-commerce
Strong understanding of performance marketing: including paid acquisition, funnels, landing pages, conversion optimization, and metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, and AOV
Technically comfortable and hands-on- able to navigate integrations, tracking, analytics tools, and platform configurations and troubleshoot issues independently
Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to understand performance and recommend actions
Excellent communicator who can work directly with sophisticated growth and performance marketing teams
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes ownership from problem to resolution
