What am I going to do?
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for your assigned unit, offering real-time guidance on all people matters.
Champion and execute local engagement initiatives that align with and strengthen our company culture across your assigned unit.
Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hands-on recruitment, onboarding, performance management and development.
Proactively identify and address organizational gaps or employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Use data and AI to make smarter, faster people decisions.
