A novel AI-based video tracking and analytics company is seeking a Head of operations.
? Lead and manage projects across multiple team leaders and departments.
? Design, implement, and optimize efficient operational processes and
workflow.
? Oversee daily operational activities to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective
project delivery.
? Lead the operational execution of customer-facing projects from planning through final
delivery.
? Lead resource optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives across the organization.
? Establish, monitor, and improve internal systems, KPIs, and processes.
? Lead and oversee QA / QC and software testing processes
? Identify and implement AI-powered tools, automation, and technology solutions.

Requirements:
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations or Project Management, preferably in a
technical, SaaS, AI, or software-based environment.
? Proven experience managing team leaders and cross-functional teams.
? B.Sc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
? Advanced proficiency in QA, QC, and software testing methodologies.
? Advanced hands-on proficiency with AI tools, AI-powered workflows, and automation
technologies.
? Proven experience leading resource optimization, process optimization, and operational
efficiency initiatives.
? Proven ability to solve complex problems, analyze data, and drive measurable
operational improvements.
? High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
? Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly adopt new technologies and tools.
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations or Project Management, preferably in a
technical, SaaS, AI, or software-based environment.
