Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage the entire recruitment process for roles across EMEA, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Hiring Manager Collaboration
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide insights on talent availability and market trends.

Structured Hiring & Data Management
Implement a structured hiring process and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Employer Branding & Diversity
Promote Check Point as an employer of choice and support diversity goals by sourcing from diverse talent pools and implementing inclusive practices.

Strategic Sourcing
Proactively source and engage top candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) with a focus on sales and technical talent.
Qualifications
Experience in Recruitment
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within the tech industry and across multiple EMEA regions.
Sales & Technical Talent Sourcing
Strong ability to source and recruit sales and technical professionals, with familiarity in using various sourcing tools and techniques.

Relationship Management
Skilled at building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, with a consultative approach to recruitment.

Data-Driven & Tech-Savvy
Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment analytics; experience with AI tools for hiring processes is a plus.
