Engineering Team Leader (Cyber Threat Intelligence)

Upstream is looking for a talented Engineering Team Leader to lead the development of our Automotive-focused Cyber threat intelligence product. As an Engineering Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team consisting of both front-end and back-end developers who will design, develop and deliver Cyber Threat Intelligence SaaS product.

The position is full-time and is based in Herzliya, Israel

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a team leader of productive, high-performing engineering teams.
7+ years of back-end experience building web applications.
Back-end development in Kotlin- Must.
Strong track record of delivering high-quality software products, while leading teams.
Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration rather than pure authority.
Ability to make key decisions in a timely manner, while simultaneously weighing the needs and input of multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interested in partnering with product, design, and various stakeholders across the company to understand how they operate and how to enhance offerings.
Experience with Kotlin, React, Typescript would help you hit the ground running.

Work side-by-side with our product managers, cybersecurity analysts and researchers.
Manage a team of high-performing engineers.
Provide regular performance feedback, hold one-on-ones and provide career development support to your team.
Actively participate in our recruiting process, helping us to grow our engineering team.
