we are a preferred monday.com channel and tech partner. We implement monday.com's Work OS in organizations to streamline their work and boost productivity by building smart integrations between products and monday.com.
We're looking for a talented Implementation Consultant to join our fast-growing team. This role combines technical and sales skills - you'll work closely with customers to implement monday.com in a way that addresses their real business needs and challenges.
What You'll Do
Act as a project manager to ensure timelines are met.
Claim new accounts and manage their implementation and onboarding.
Build and cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with monday.com.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and monday.com.
Build, own, and execute client success and onboarding plans.
Work with customers to establish a clear end-user training plan for their workflows in monday.com.
Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the product's features.
