Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own that channel end to end: spot the moment, shoot it, publish it, learn from it. This is a hands-on creator role, not a scheduling role. You'll be producing a constant, high volume of content across formats, from reactive Reels and TikToks to campaign pieces and always-on storytelling. If you think in hooks, you have an instinct for what people actually stop to watch, and you can move fast without losing the brand, let's talk.

What Will You Do
Channel ownership: own Instagram and TikTok end to end: strategy, content pillars, publishing calendar, and performance.
Hands-on production: produce a high volume of short-form content yourself, shooting and editing (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
Real-time reaction: react in real time to trends, moments, and the occasional crisis, with the right tone for each audience.
Cultural range: build content that works for both Hebrew and Arabic-speaking communities, in cities and in the periphery.
Measurement: track what matters (saves, shares, reach, comment quality) and adjust based on it.
