We're looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to join our team. This is an end-to-end role - from campaign brief through concept, design, and launch. You'll work closely with marketing, growth, brand, and product to shape how we show up to the people running their own businesses - and to the customers we're trying to reach.
What you'll do:
Translate positioning and campaign strategy into design that's clear, distinctive, and on-brand across web, lifecycle, paid, and social.
Own creative from brief to shipped asset - landing pages, launch campaigns, email, sales enablement, and brand moments.
Rapidly prototype and test creative directions using Claude, Weave, Midjourney, Figma, and others to get real work in front of stakeholders and users fast.
Partner with growth and lifecycle marketers to make design decisions that move real metrics - not just look good in a deck.
Contribute beyond your own campaigns - to our visual system, our brand craft, and our design culture.

Requirements:
6+ years designing and shipping marketing or brand work at meaningful scale, with outcomes you can speak to. Beyond experience, we hire for a specific type of designer:
First-Principles Thinker. Questions the brief before a single pixel is pushed. Asks why this problem, why now, and what success actually looks like - then challenges any assumption that doesn't hold up.
Strategic Storyteller. Connects business goals, audience insights, and positioning into clear, compelling creative. Understands that great marketing starts with the right story-not the right visual.
Excellent Craft. Delivers work with exceptional attention to detail, strong art direction, and uncompromising quality. As AI makes execution increasingly accessible, exceptional craft is defined by judgment, taste, and knowing what is worth refining.
Simplifier. Cuts before they add. In a world where AI makes it easy to generate more of everything, they find the one thing that matters and remove the rest.
