Develop and grow managers by helping them strengthen their leadership, decision-making, and team health.
Drive clarity, alignment, and focus across teams working on shared product goals and cross-team initiatives.
Partner closely with Product and Design leadership to shape roadmap, priorities, and execution plans.
Help define and deliver core product and Growth experiences, including initiatives that embed AI into key user workflows.
Translate company and product strategy into clear engineering direction and measurable outcomes.
Help teams plan effectively, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality products in a predictable way.
Improve how teams collaborate across domains by refining planning, processes, and communication.
Lead cross-team initiatives and manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
Play a key role in hiring, org design, and scaling the engineering organization in Tel Aviv.
