We are looking for an SDR to join our Expansion team in Tel Aviv. The role includes identifying potential businesses, creating initial contact, opening doors, and scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales team. This is a dynamic role that combines phone outreach and business research. It is a great fit for someone who loves sales, knows how to create good conversations, is not afraid of targets, and wants to grow in the world of Business Development and Sales.
What Will You Do
Identify and map relevant businesses in Tel Aviv by area, category, and business type.
Reach out to restaurants, markets, cafés, and local businesses.
Understand the business needs of potential partners and present initial value proposition.
Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.
Manage and track leads in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team.
Update lead status, business potential, and future opportunities on an ongoing basis.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, scheduled meetings, and qualified leads.
What Will You Do

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in phone sales / SDR / meeting coordination / customer service with a sales orientation - a strong advantage.
Previous experience in phone sales / meeting coordination / SDR / customer service with a sales orientation.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport.
High energy, confidence, and the ability to handle objections.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work with CRM systems / Google Sheets.
Familiarity with the restaurant, delivery, or local business ecosystem in Tel Aviv - a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
High motivation to grow into sales, account management, or business development roles.
