we are seeking a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of complex mechanical systems, ensuring high performance and efficiency standards are met.
Responsibilities:

* Lead mechanical design projects from concept to production, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
* Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to validate mechanical designs and improve performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, and manufacturing to integrate mechanical systems effectively.
* Oversee the creation of detailed engineering documentation, including specifications, TEST plans, and reports.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
* Identify and implement improvements to existing mechanical systems to enhance functionality and reduce costs.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and development.
* Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
* Strong understanding of material properties and manufacturing processes.
* Experience in leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
