We are seeking an experienced Senior VOIP Engineer to join our team responsible for designing, implementing and operating VOIP system and Unified Communication solution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and operate VOIP system and Unified Communication platforms.
* Manage large-scale project involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
* Ensure high availability and maintainability of entire systems, including hardware, software and network components.
* Collaboration closely with cross-functional teams, Both within our own work team and with team from other disciplines.
* Provide expert-level technical guidance and training to junior engineers and customers.
* Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in VOIP engineering, with a focus on design, implementation, and operation of large-scale VOIP infrastructures.
* In-depth knowledge of SIP protocols and standards.
* Experience with Cisco UC Manager (CUCM).
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solution.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Experience with Freeswitch and/or openSIPS.
