We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will work closely with B2B customers, helping them successfully onboard, adopt our platform, and achieve their business goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, learning new technologies, and making a meaningful impact on the Customer Experience.

Guide customers through the onboarding and implementation process
Deliver customer training sessions and drive product adoption
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Manage customer requests and collaborate with Product, R&D, and Support teams
Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks and opportunities
Support customer renewals and ongoing success initiatives
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM sys

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience managing B2B customers, preferably in a SaaS company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Fast learner with a passion for technology
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
