DRS RADA, a global pioneer in RADAR systems, is seeking a Global Project Manager to join our growing team.
The role leads operational interfaces between global sites, coordinating cross-functional activities, plans, and processes to ensure business requirements, operational continuity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities and interfaces across global sites.
Lead S OP/S OE processes and drive decision-making.
Manage Material Allocation, Inter-site Shipping, and global Capacity Planning.
Identify operational gaps, drive corrective actions, and lead improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality.
Drive priorities, problem-solving, and execution across global teams.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
Experience in project management or in an operational / supply chain role within a global environment - min 5 Years at global environment.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-organizational processes.
Experience with S OP / S OE processes - an advantage.
Strong understanding of Planning, Production, Supply Chain, and Capacity Management processes.
Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, gap identification, and presentation of management insights.
Fluent English, with the ability to lead professional discussions, present topics, and lead meetings in English.
