Solution Architect

Were looking for a senior and strategic Solution Architect to join our Solution Architecture team. In this role, youll act as a technical leader and domain owner, bridging the gap between the field and R&D. Youll work hands-on with customers during pre-sale and post-sale engagements, designing and implementing solutions, resolving technical challenges, and influencing the roadmap based on real-world needs. Your expertise will help improve internal processes, shape product capabilities, and enable scalable success across the organization.

What Youll Do

Act as the senior technical point of contact for complex customer engagements across pre-sale and post-sale efforts.
Partner with customers to design and implement technical solutions that align with security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Lead Proof of Value and production rollout initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and strong adoption.
Own a product domain, working closely with R&D to resolve friction, contribute to roadmap development, and drive ecosystem growth.
Build reusable solution assets including internal documentation, technical guides, automation scripts, and enablement content.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive platform adoption and customer success.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across data sources, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
Continuously improve internal workflows, tooling, and best practices to support a growing customer base and field team.
