Cloud Security Product Manager

Strong customer focus, excellent communication skill both with customers and R&D including the ability to translate customer into clear requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSpecify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing engagement with the fieldUnderstand the competitive market and seek to emphasize our advantageMonitor and understand the ongoing K8s changes and help to innovate K8s securityHelp to define new containers security features and fine tune existing onesWork closely with our engineering and go-to-market teams providing detailed requirements and guidanceDevelop, manage, and communicate the product requirements and roadmap to both internal and external stakeholdersQualifications3+ years in product management roles, in either cyber security or related industries such as networking or IT/Cloud infrastructureExperience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverablesExperience in driving products through a matrix of R&D, Sales, Marketing, Support, Executive, and Customer stakeholdersStrong technical background in software architecture and enterprise software productsUnderstanding and experience implementing products using Agile methodologiesComputer Science or Engineering degreeRequired Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal skills leading and contributing to cross-functional teamsAbility to drive the definition of complex projects in a large organizationExcellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
