Product Manager – Self-Serve Growth & Retention

Copyleaks is the trust layer for the AI era. We help educators, publishers and businesses know what’s original, what’s borrowed and what’s AI-generated.

🏆 #2 on TIME’s World’s Top EdTech Rising Stars 2025 | #153 on the Inc. 5000 (1,400% 3-year growth)

We’re hiring our second Self-Serve PM: a builder who wants real ownership in a small, fast-moving team.

What you’ll own

• Retention & churn (your core KPI): Research why customers stay or leave, then fix it in the product with cancel/save flows, pause, downgrade paths and win-back. You’ll present the monthly churn readout to leadership.
• copyleaks.com conversion: Roadmap, top-of-funnel, tracking and stakeholder alignment.
• New traffic channels: Starting with launching and scaling our affiliate program.
• Rapid A/B testing: Hypothesis-driven experiments, with variants prototyped in hours using Claude Code & Claude Design.

What you bring

• 1–3 years of product experience at a self-serve consumer or prosumer SaaS
• Strong data skills: Mixpanel, cohort analysis, A/B-test statistics
• Technical depth: you discuss trade-offs with engineers, not just hand off PRDs
• Product taste: you know the difference between a beautiful screen and one that converts
• An AI-native workflow with Claude, Cursor or similar tools
• Crisp communication: you align marketing, sales and leadership, and you say no with reasons

Why join

• Your own roadmap lane and metrics from day one
• Visible impact from sprint one, with a fast path to mid-level
• A manager who gives ownership, not assignments

To apply: Share a short note about a product decision you got wrong and what you learned.
