Senior Product Manager

we are looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our AI security platform and lead the evolution of our AI Control Plane. This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, and security, translating real enterprise AI challenges into scalable product capabilities.
You will spend significant time working directly with customers and the go-to-market team to deeply understand how enterprises adopt AI agents, where control breaks down, and what risks matter most. This is a highly hands-on role where you will prototype solutions quickly using AI tools, validate them with customers, and then partner with engineering to bring proven ideas into production.
What you will do
Spend significant time in the field with customers, prospects, and the GTM team to develop a deep, firsthand understanding of where enterprises struggle with AI adoption and where visibility, governance, and control break down.
Rapidly prototype solutions using coding agents and AI tools before involving engineering, building working demonstrations that customers can react to within days.
Validate prototypes directly with customers until you reach a clear, proven solution, then partner with engineering to deliver a de-risked product capability.
Drive the product roadmap and strategic direction of our companys AI Control Plane based on real customer insight, market dynamics, and product vision.
Partner closely with R&D, Security, and GTM teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact capabilities, acting as the connective tissue between customer reality and engineering execution.
Leverage AI tools extensively to increase speed, experimentation, and productivity across the product development process.
