We are seeking an experienced Senior VoIP Engineer to join our team responsible for designing, implementing, and operating VoIP systems and Unified Communication solutions.

Manage large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors
Ensure high availability and maintainability of entire systems, including hardware, software, and network components
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both within our own work team and with teams from other disciplines
Provide expert-level technical guidance and training to junior engineers and customers
Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in VoIP engineering, with a focus on design, implementation, and operation of large-scale VoIP infrastructures
In-depth knowledge of SIP protocols and standards
Experience with Cisco UC Manager (CUCM)
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solution
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences
Experience with Freeswitch and/or OpenSIPS.
At least 5 years of experience in VoIP engineering, with a focus on design, implementation, and operation of large-scale VoIP infrastructures
