BI Analyst (Mid-Level)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level BI Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, capable of translating business needs into data-driven insights.

This role involves end-to-end ownership - from understanding business requirements, through data extraction and modeling, to building dashboards in Power BI.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in BI / Data Analyst roles

- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server:

- Complex queries (JOINs, CTEs, Window Functions)

- Proven experience with Power BI, including:

- Strong DAX skills (complex calculations, time intelligence, business metrics)

- Data modeling experience (Star Schema, relationships, etc.)

- End-to-end dashboard development

- Experience working with business stakeholders

- Ability to translate business needs into data solutions

Advantages

- Experience with Data Warehousing

- Experience with ETL processes (SSIS or similar tools)

- Familiarity with Azure / Cloud environments

- Experience working with multiple data sources / APIs
