Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong technical leadership and architectural direction for our frontend infrastructure.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
Define and execute the frontend infrastructure roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
Evaluate and implement modern frontend technologies and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, backend, design, and other stakeholders to drive cohesive solutions.

Requirements:
Required Skills:
At least 3 years of experience managing and leading engineering teams.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with React in production environments.
Strong experience in frontend architecture and building scalable systems.
Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across engineering and product teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience working in SaaS companies.
Experience in startup environments.
Experience with Tailwind, shadcn, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
