Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks: accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Manage supplier relationships, both locally and internationally
Process purchase invoices and handle all related import documentation
Coordinate and execute supplier payments (domestic and international)
Oversee card index management and maintain organized transaction records
Manage company credit card transactions and petty cash handling
Conduct regular banking activities and reconciliations
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
