Wellbeing & Employer Branding Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover)

We are looking for a maternity leave replacement to join our companys HR team in a diverse, dynamic, and meaningful role.
The position is responsible for employee experience, wellbeing, internal communications, employer branding, and support for cross-organizational projects, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute employee wellbeing and employee experience activities throughout the year, including company events, holidays, gifts, team-building activities, community and volunteering initiatives, and internal engagement programs.
Write, edit, and distribute internal communications for employees, including emails, newsletters, invitations, posts, content for digital screens, and internal communication channels.
Support Employer Branding activities, including content creation, campaign support, recruitment-related activities, and communication with global stakeholders.
Plan and deliver projects end-to-end - from concept and idea, through timeline building, budget management, and vendor coordination, to execution and post-activity wrap-up.
Manage ongoing work with vendors, including obtaining quotations, negotiating, logistical coordination, execution follow-up, purchase orders, and payments.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including HR, Operations, IT, Facilities, Finance, Marketing, managers, and employees in Israel and abroad.
Support internal initiatives related to employee engagement, sense of belonging, organizational culture, wellbeing, and communication across teams.
