we are looking for a passionate and seasoned Senior data Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will take the analytical lead on our disruptive B2C product and play a key role in driving customer acquisition, marketing performance, and strategic business growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and commercial thinking, a deep understanding of large-scale data environments, and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. You will partner closely with data Science, Product, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to influence decision-making, optimize performance, and support scalable growth initiatives. About The Role How youll make an impact: Customer & Growth Analytics: Analyze customer acquisition funnels, campaign performance, and behavioral trends to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance. Strategic Decision Making: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations and support scalable, data -driven decision-making processes across the organization. Performance Optimization: Lead deep-dive analyses and A/B testing initiatives to optimize bidding strategies, channel efficiency, and marketing investments. data Visualization & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that deliver clear and impactful business insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. data Infrastructure Collaboration: Work closely with data Science and Analytics teams on data modeling, tracking methodologies, and scalable analytics solutions.
