What Youll Be Doing:
Craft Creative Strategies: Develop and implement innovative content strategies that captivate and engage target audiences.
Manage Client Relationships: Act as the key contact for clients, ensuring their social media goals are met with excellence.
Optimize Performance: Analyze social media metrics to refine and enhance strategies continually.
Produce Creative & Compelling Content: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, experimenting with new formats and trends to keep content engaging and relevant.

Requirements:
Role Key Competencies and Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years in social media management, with a record of successful campaigns and client interactions.
Bilingual: Fluent in Hebrew and English, with a natural ability for creating compelling content and communicating effectively in both languages.
Design-Savvy: Strong eye for design and proficiency with video editing tools.
Platform Expert: Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to leverage this knowledge for client success.
Creative and Analytical: A blend of creativity and analytical skills, capable of generating innovative solutions and making data-driven decisions.
Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative and aims to make a significant impact.
Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about technology and innovation, unafraid to dive into new tools and trends. Comfortable writing about emerging technologies and collaborating with tech-savvy clients.
