Candidate Requirements

Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
Proven leadership in education or EdTech sectors
Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies in educational or professional settings
Track record of designing and implementing AI systems for educational tasks
Deep understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational methodologies
Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
