We're looking for a Strategic Business Analyst - someone who takes a complex business question, digs into the data, and comes back with a clear point of view and direction. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have a real seat at the table.
This is a build role. We're scaling our analytics foundation, so you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work with data - designing the reports and dashboards that will become our core decision-making tools, built to be scalable and AI-ready.
What you'll do:
Work with leadership to translate business questions into insights that drive decisions
Build our first core reports and dashboards from the ground up
Design clean, scalable data infrastructure with the future in mind
Be a thought partner, not just an executor

Requirements:
5-7+ years in business analysis, strategy, or a data-driven role
Strong business intuition alongside solid technical skills (SQL, BI tools, data modeling)
Experience building analytics infrastructure, not just working with existing ones
AI native - you use AI tools as a natural part of how you work, think, and solve problems
Clear, sharp communicator who can make data accessible to any audience
Comfortable with ownership and ambiguity - you figure things out
