Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a talented QA engineer to design testing procedures for our software applications. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the functionality of applications and designing tests to validate their performance. You will also be required to identify bugs and collaborate with the software design team.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality, conformance to specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand product requirements and translate them into test coverage.
Design, develop, and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts for both manual and automated testing workflows.
Conduct thorough regression testing to identify defects, verify bug fixes, and protect against regressions.
Work closely with developers to reproduce, isolate, and debug issues - bridging the gap between QA and engineering.
Contribute to the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and internal tooling.
Document test procedures, results, and defects clearly - keeping the team informed and the record clean.
Participate in regular team meetings and provide actionable feedback on product quality and testing strategies.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to QA team members on systems, policies, and core processes.
