we are looking for a Outbound BDR.
What Youll Do :
Own the Outbound Pipeline: Strategically target, map, and penetrate enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees).
Command the Phone: Run high-volume, high-impact cold calling campaigns to break through the noise and reach CFOs, VPs, and Directors of Finance.
Craft Bespoke Outbound Angles: Use your exceptional writing skills to build highly personalized, multi-channel sequences (Email, LinkedIn, Phone).
Leverage Modern Tech: Optimize your workflow using top-tier sales engagement tools and cutting-edge AI utilities to scale your personalization and efficiency.
Partner with AEs: Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to seamlessly hand off qualified opportunities and strategically win major accounts.

No Fear of Cold Calling: You view a cold call as an opportunity, not a chore. You know how to handle objections, hook a prospect in 10 seconds, and command a conversation.
Sales Engagement Tech Stack Mastery: You have hands-on experience using platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or HubSpot to manage your daily book of business.
AI Curiosity: You are actively experimenting with or using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or AI-powered research tools) to work smarter, write better emails, and automate the boring stuff.
Excellent Writing Skills: You understand that generic, copy-pasted templates don't work on the C-suite. You can write sharp, punchy, and persuasive copy that forces a response.
Experience: 1+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or targeting mid-market/enterprise accounts.
