Salesforce Solution Architect

Design and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Lead and participate in project planning and estimation, managing tasks and priorities to ensure timely delivery Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and implementers on Salesforce best practices and design patterns Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with other systems Identify and resolve technical issues, driving continuous improvement and optimizing Salesforce solutions Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Consultant, or Project Manager Proven experience in leading large-scale Salesforce projects from inception to delivery (building from zero) Expert knowledge of Salesforce, including Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; advanced configuration, security/permissions management, data migration, and data modeling Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components design considerations Experience with project management, including backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and ation Domain knowledge in insurance and financial services is a significant advantage
