This role will identify, prioritize, and deliver AI initiatives that improve productivity, operational efficiency, decision-making, Customer Experience, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the company's AI transformation strategy and roadmap. Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across non-R&D functions. Lead a portfolio of AI implementation projects. Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and vendors. Drive organizational change, training, and adoption. Define KPIs and measure business impact and ROI. A.I Budget accountability - CAPEX and OPEX

Experience with AI, automation, analytics, and enterprise software platforms. Proven experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives. Strong program and project management skills. Experience working with senior executives and department leaders.
Key Success Metrics AI roadmap execution and milestone achievement. Adoption rates of deployed AI solutions. Productivity improvements and operational efficiencies. Cost savings and measurable business impact. Successful project delivery on time and within budget.
