The Creative & Social Media Associate will be the visual and social voice of our BioAg, responsible for the hands-on execution of marketing collateral and the strategic management of all social media channels across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design: Design all marketing materials, including digital and print for Corporate, Rootella, Rootella Carbon, and DYNOMYCO.
Social Media Management: Build and execute a content calendar for all brands. Manage paid social campaigns (LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram) and engage with our global community of growers, partners, and influencers.
Amazon Creative Excellence: Take over the creation of A+ content, storefront designs, and listing images for our Amazon presence, reducing reliance on external suppliers.
Content Creation: (5-6 months) Write engaging blog posts, newsletters, and social copy, bridging the gap for our content department.

3+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Social Media Management.
Expertise in main Graphic Design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint).
Proven track record in managing professional B2B and B2C social media accounts.
GenAI: Proven experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT/Gemini) to enhance creative workflows and content speed.
Motion, and video creation experience - advantage.
Background or strong interest in Agriculture, Climate-Tech, or Soil Science is a significant advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple brand identities.
