We are looking for an IT Technician for a diverse, dynamic, and hands-on role in a multi-user and multi-site work environment. Responsibilities:
* Technical Support for employees and handling IT issues
* Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, endpoint devices, and peripheral equipment
* Hands-on field work across company sites
* User and permissions management in organizational systems
* IT procurement management and working with vendors
* IT inventory management
* Support for Microsoft 365 and Windows systems
* Basic troubleshooting of network and communication issues

Requirements:
* Previous experience in Technical Support / Help desk / IT Technician role
* Knowledge and experience in Windows and Office 365 environments
* Familiarity with Active Directory
* Basic knowledge of networking
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
* High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
* Reliability and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Advantages:
* Familiarity with Priority system
* Experience working with vendors
* Knowledge of Azure / Microsoft 365 Admin
* Relevant IT certifications Additional Details:
* Willingness to travel to suppliers and other company sites as needed
* Availability for occasional after-hours work
