We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with an emphasis on increasing the volume of hires for internal positions and technological outsourcing projects. The role combines both strategic leadership and hands-on recruitment across all stages: sourcing, job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, guiding candidates through security clearance processes, and utilizing the Commit system (mandatory). The position also includes developing new sourcing channels and managing a small, professional recruitment team.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies
Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent
Manage a small recruitment team and drive performance results
Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand hiring needs
Oversee recruitment for both direct and outsourcing roles

Requirements:
At least 8 years of proven experience in high-tech recruitment - mandatory
Full hands-on experience in all stages of recruitment - mandatory
Experience in outsourcing recruitment - strong advantage
Practical experience with the Commit recruitment system - strong advantage
Previous experience managing a small, experienced team - mandatory
Proven success in developing and implementing new sourcing channels - mandatory
Proven track record in increasing hiring volumes - mandatory
Familiarity with security clearance processes - advantage
Relevant academic degree (Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Psychology)
Proficiency with recruitment advertising tools and ATS systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and multitasking ability
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, flexibility, and teamwork orientation
