Craft Creative Strategies: Develop and implement innovative content strategies that captivate and engage target audiences. Stay up to date with social media trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Manage Client Relationships: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop content that resonates with their audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, manage execution reporting on outcomes vs. goals to optimize ongoing execution and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.
Professional Lead: Act as a functional lead, providing professional guidance and creative oversight to the social media team while maintaining a hands-on approach to strategy.

Bilingual: Fluent in Hebrew and English, with a natural ability for creating compelling content and communicating effectively in both languages.
Platform Expert: Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to leverage this knowledge for client success.
Creative and Analytical: A blend of creativity and analytical skills, capable of generating innovative solutions and making data-driven decisions.
Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about technology and innovation.
Experience in B2B social media and tech landscapes - an advantage.
Previous management or leadership experience - an advantage
