* GTM Intelligence: Design, build, and maintain the analytical layer that powers our GTM teams - through ad hoc & recurring analyses as well as dashboards. You'll automate what's automatable, using code and AI to turn recurring work into self-running workflows. For example, helping Customer Experience understand and battle churn drivers, expansion signals, and revenue performance- acting on them before and after problems surface. Similarly, help Sales close deals by turning data into a narrative, into ammunition they can walk into a meeting with.
* Master the payments domain: Learn card scheme (e.g. Visa) rules & PSP (e.g. PayPal) workflows. Then apply this understanding and knowledge into your analyses as well as AI context & instructions.
What It Takes: Must have extreme ownership, with a relentless drive to grow and get things done. Youll face real challenges daily. Its intense, but its also the fastest way to grow personally and professionally. You dont come to work & just do things. You come to achieve - to make an impact. Must have a business outcome orientation mindset. You can connect your analysis to churn, revenue, or a decision. You don't stop at "here's the data." Must be an AI-native builder. Use intelligently, with a healthy dose of critical thinking. You've built workflows, pipelines, or internal tools using AI - not just used ChatGPT to summarize things. You know when the output is wrong and you check it. Must have a very advanced level SQL. Also useful: Python /Excel/Google Spreadsheets. Must have proficiency in English. Youll work with people who do not speak Hebrew. Thus, youll also be interviewed in English. Very Strong Advantage: Previous 1-3 years of data analysis work / high- tech work experience. Strong Advantage: Background in payments, risk, and payment disputes (a.k.a. chargebacks).
